More Than a Workout

This is where women build strength, confidence, and community.

Ready to Get Strong?

  • Learning strength training this way has been surprisingly fun and empowering - I still get a kick out of flexing my legs and feeling rock hard muscles or lifting my kid with more ease than I did when she was a toddler. The environment you create is so supportive, relaxed and welcoming. I've enjoyed learning from you and am beyond grateful I started working out with MMST. I cannot sing your praises enough, thank you.

I’m thrilled to have found Rachel, be part of this community and finally have consistency in my work-out routine!
